Drive Integration (DI) was responsible for providing systems engineering, integration services, and network communications equipment (switches and media converters) for the project. Specifically, DI was tasked with creating equipment submittals, developing and performing Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) device standalone testing procedures, and configuring and integrating project ITS devices. Additional work performed includes aiding in the design of ITS enclosures, assisting in the troubleshooting of Variable Speed Limit signs, and redesigning the project’s fiber communications network based on client requests/needs.
