Drive Integration was responsible for design and integration of system services for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission along the I-276/I-95 Interchange. The devices which were integrated included, CCTV, Travel Time Tag Readers, Bluetooth Readers, and DMS Communications. Drive Integration performed testing for 60 days and provided further support for another 180 days.
Drive was additionally tasked with providing documentation for each phase of the project. These documents included: Equipment Manuals, Equipment Cabinet Wiring Diagrams, Installation Summaries, and System Operations and Maintenance Manuals.
Drive Integration assisted in the development of specific systems for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s plan to install new traffic signals and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras along State Road 202. The project’s goal was to replace existing traffic lights with updated models in order to promote safety and allow for better traffic monitoring.
Drive was responsible for the design and integration of the CCTV, SONET, Ethernet Communications, and DMS Communications systems. Additionally, Drive will provide support for these systems up to 2 years following completion of the project.
Drive Integration was responsible for assisting with the development of systems pertaining to the rehabilitation of a viaduct on US 1 - Roosevelt Expressway. The purpose of the rehabilitation was to increase safety measures and repair the damages done to the expressway through normal wear.
Specifically, Drive was responsible for the design services for CCTV Cameras, DMS Communications, Ethernet Communications Systems, Hub Equipment, RTMC Equipment Layout, and SONET Network modifications to accommodate the new devices. Drive also handled ITS field modifications and equipment enclosures.
In addition, Drive will provide field support for a 60-day testing period and operational support for a 2-year period.
Drive Integration oversaw the design and integration of variable speed limit signs, vehicle detectors, dynamic message signs, closed-circuit television and ethernet communications. Drive Integration also provided equipment cabinet layouts and RTMC equipment layouts.
Drive Integration created the testing protocols and executed the on-site stand-alone tests for the variable speed limit signs, vehicle detectors, dynamic message signs, and closed-circuit television sub systems.
Additionally, Drive Integration was responsible for providing field support for the 180-day testing period and the 2-year operational support period.
Drive Integration was tasked with designing the closed-circuit television, travel time sensor, dynamic message sign communications, ethernet communications, and SONET communications systems.
